Manning Solution Centre Service Desk during assigned support hours

Level 1 Service Desk & troubleshooting support for end users/customers

Logging all Incidents, Problems & Service Requests in Service-now (ITIL tool set) and ensuring correct assignment and/or escalation when required

Desktop hardware and application software support to the user/customer community

Identify, analyse & report daily IT problems arising from Service Desk support & monitoring
