Human Resource Assistant Manager

To assist the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies.
To drive employee relations and culture change activities to promote better working environment in order to maximize employee engagement.
To assist on formulating and implementing HR policies, rules and regulations.
To continuously review and initiate HR process improvements to drive operational efficiency in ensuring internal customer satisfaction.
To play an active role in the resolution of HR issues that arise in the course of the Company’s business operations.
To update, analyze and prepare HR reports.
Other ad-hoc tasks pertaining to HR and admin duties as required by management
Job Requirement
Possess at least a good and recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Management or related discipline
Fast-paced, resourceful, self-starter who demonstrates accountability for results and able to work under pressure
Analytical, result oriented, able to work under tight deadlines and take on diversified tasks.
Strong creative and analytical mind and problem solving skills
Strong IR knowledge and experience, and sound knowledge of the Malaysian Labour Laws and prevailing HR practices and legislation
Mature, dynamic and tactful personality with strong leadership and people management skills
An effective team player – adaptable, accountable for individual and team performance and take pride and ownership of the role performed
Excellent interpersonal & people consulting skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with senior management and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
