Sales Executives

(Job Based in Cameron Highlands/Bintulu)

The Job:
  • Achieve agreed field/consumption sales targets net for the sales territory
  • Generate value-added services at key retailer level
  • Generate demand for Bayer CropScience products by providing value-added services at key grower and estate levels
  • Generate value-added services at extension officer level
  • Keep abreast of business intelligence so as to be fully informed of the market environment and potential
Your qualifications:
  • Degree in Agricultural-related Science, Business or an appropriate related field with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience. However fresh graduates in a related discipline are also encouraged to apply
  • Good technical product knowledge and well versed in the agricultural market
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills as well as understanding of the fundamentals of sales & marketing
  • Excellent oral, written and network communication skills to effectively provide/present information to internal and external customers
  • Computer literate in MS Office applications
  • Able to work and deliver under pressure with high initiative & drive, and assume responsibility while delivering results
Technical Sales Support Executives

( Job Based in Alor Setar )

The Job:
  • Increase Bayer CropScience’s participation in the defined agricultural market in Malaysia
  • Conduct product demo, and provide technical sales support with key area and public sector Decision Makers in assigned business areas
  • Explore and develop potential of certain agricultural segments for Bayer CropScience portfolio in close cooperation with Business Development
  • Functionally support/liaise with designated sales staff servicing these markets and customers as well as manage groups of temporary promoters within assigned areas
  • Provide business intelligence concerning market environment and potential
Your qualifications:
  • Diploma/Degree in Agricultural-related Science, Business or an appropriate related field. Fresh graduates in a related discipline are encouraged to apply
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills as well as understanding of the fundamentals of sales & marketing
  • Excellent and and written communication skills to effectively provide/ present information to internal and external customers
  • Computer literate in MS Office applications
  • Good leadership capabilities with functional reports, peers and colleagues
  • Able to work and deliver under pressure with high initiative & drive, and assume responsibility while delivering results
