A Citrus farm located nearby Taiping is looking for a supervisor to:

Re sponsibilities:
  • Ensure all the tasks in the Orchard are being able to execute as per plan, and manage the workforce towards meeting the goals and objectives.
  • Managing the workforce performance.
  • Identify and resolve employee behavioral related issues.
Requirement:
  • Knowledge in Estate/ Orchard management preferbly.
  • Knowledge in handling bahavioral issues.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all level.
  • Lorry license required.
  • Must willing to work under the sun.
