Working together with the respective Business Centers to penetrate more insurance business (Conventional & Takaful business) of the SME & Business Banking (BB) customers of the bank whether it is the SME & Business Banking.
Act as a single contact of reference point with regards of all insurance matters for the staffs of the bank well as the SME & BB customers.
Working hand in hand with respective Etiqa Insurance & Takaful regional & branches in servicing the respective SME & BB customers of Bank
Achieve the Annual Budget set for each and every FY – GPW has been set to them for non motor business as per size of the Business Centre (s)
Growth their business as per our profitability ratio which should not exceed the 50% of the Gross Loss Penetrate more business as per their target of penetration rate of the bank’s customers for each and every Business Centre.
Maintain our profitability as compared to the type of loan facilities approved by the bank
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration Management Studies or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years experience in Marketing/Business Development or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate
Able to meet challenges and tight deadlines
Has good interpersonal skill and pleasant personality
Self motivated, committed and trustworthy
Possess valid driving license
Able to work in a team.
Good communication and writing skills.
Pro-active, analytical and resourceful in carrying out the job and achieving its objectives.
