Amazing The good things The company's core values are extremely well implemented and it is great in developing one's personals skills to serve to company better. The management is also keeps close to the staff and are willing to have a chat and find out if there's anything they could do better to improve the working conditions of the average staff under them. Futhermore, the company also holds workshops all year round and encourages it's staff to participate said workshop for personal growth.

Senior Content Review Analyst (Current Employee) – Kuala Lumpur – 29 August 2019
It's a fun environment with multinational and multicultural candidates but it's hard to get career growth within the company. I have leant a lot skills when dealing with internal and external clients, training new joiners as well as guiding agents during 1 to 1 on quality improvement.
Analyst (Former Employee) – Kuala Lumpur – 7 August 2019
typical day at work involves logging into the pc and start running clients time writing software and check emails. management is a bit pushy and overbearing. culture is a bit young. hardest part of the job is the odd rotation hours. most enjoyable part is when you leave office, the work doesn't follow you home.
Was a part of mobilization team and worked as a PMO. Not a safe workplace to work as the senior managers take you into the meeting room and threaten and talk very rudely if you question any thing related to work in terms of timely help, support, directions etc. Toxic work environment where all the people are very scared to work but unhealthy talks and politics prevail within senior managers
Data Analyst (Current Employee) – KL Sentral – 26 July 2019
The work wasn't that excessive , was light or moderate . workplace culture has diversity since you're working with people from different places from Eastern Asia was great experiment for me The worst part is the food presented was barely good and depends on days and shifts you'll be in but overall i give it 4 out of 5 stars
HR intern (Former Employee) – The Gardens, Kuala Lumpur – 24 July 2019
The team treat an intern same as the permanent workers. They transferred the knowledge and skills, trust the intern that they can do very well in future. When mistake happen, they don't blame each other instead they quickly solved it.
