Hardworking productive and friendly work place
Aircraft Technician Trainee (On Job Training) (Current Employee) –  Kuala Lumpur International Airport12 November 2018
Its a very interesting environment you get to meet different types of people who are friendly and helpful. Everyone helps each other and encourages one another, the main thing i learnt is safety for yourself and aircraft, how to work as a team. The hardest part is working through 12 hours but is also the best part, during those 12 hours you have some free time to mingle with your working colleagues. Management is very respectful, helpful and is aware of their employees' needs.
Pros
Free breakfast lunch and dinner vouchers, 3 off days per week, air ticket discount
Cons
12 working hours

The most enjoyable part of the job is always to ensure the aircraft fly safe.

Poor Management
Finance Executive (Current Employee) –  Penang21 August 2018
General ignorance can still be a serious workplace issue: four percent claim to have experienced “racist comments” and ten percent say “inappropriate humor” caused them offense. When broken down by gender, 40 percent of female employees felt their bosses were “disrespectful”, nearly one in ten (nine percent) said they bore the brunt of “sexist comments” and 23 percent of women didn’t like the fact that their bosses were “lazy”.

Full time Executive Guest Services (Former Employee) –  Malaysia11 August 2018
Nothings change everyday. I learned about the flight detail and the surround facilities. Management are messed up at certain point. Workplace culture was okay. The hardest part of the job is we had to deal with Air Asia flight delay guest which is not on our job description. The most enjoyable part is when the guest notice your hardwork.
