Manager (Former Employee) –  Italia1 August 2019
Pessima esperienza!!!

Safety is always a priority and good care for each individual is taken into consideration when comes to work-life balance. Meeting the deadlines was one of the new experience I learnt here.

Challenging but fun and developmental workplace
Floor Supervisor (Current Employee) –  New York, NY14 April 2019
The company is still very new in the states in being established so there are bumps in the road for sure. Even so it’s a great company to be a part of. There are growth opportunities; every single week vacant job postings are sent out to every individual store for internal applications who may want to relocate. There is a struggle with management at times because so many people come from an external company that they have to adapt to the “cos” ways but the overall culture COS tries to have in their environment is still a great one. They really do believe in people. Developing and promoting from within. The pay is pretty decent compared to other companies. They are competitive. The benefits are pretty great for full time and even part time has some perks. Overall it’s a great company. Not a perfect company but I’ve never felt valued and actually noticed in any other company I’ve worked in like i have at COS

This is the worst company so far to work for. The area team is terrible plus they hire the worst managers. The only way you can move up is if your an area team favorite, but that’s it. All the managers just sit around and expect you to do everything. Plus if the managers do not like you they will try and get you fired by scheduling you to work early morning shift everyday.
Pros
Paid travel, discount, free clothes
Cons
Area team, Managers

The workplace culture was impeccable and allowed for the environment to have a fun, free spirited atmosphere. Working here you felt at ease and able to get the job done. COS management was hands on and very knowledgeable
to answer any of our staff concerns or our customers.

Sales Associate (Current Employee) –  Vancouver, BC6 January 2019
Many of people who are interested in clothes and decent lifestyle.
Company seeks equity and equality. Also it wants to try to follow their "7 Values". Distincted Mission, Vision, Values. COS thinks of values more than index and number. COS tends to lead the people who are proactive.
Pros
constantly develpoment yourself, nice working placement to grow sense of beauty and look
Cons
low wage

Style advisor - Ready to wear e accessori (Former Employee) –  Greater London6 January 2019

Lovely fashion but a lot of talking behind backs
Sales Consultant (Former Employee) –  East London, Greater London24 October 2018
The brand is very good and some really good sales and staff discounts. There would be some very uncomfortable occasions when staff would talk about other members with derogatory language, they didnt care who heard. Some staff had not a care in the world if you heard them talking about you just in the next section of shop. Really no support even for new starters. 1 or 2 very nice staff who were having problems also. I was told that people would leave regularly when someone else left and I wondered why they left in their droves then I found out when I started working there.
Pros
1 hour lunch break and 20 minute break, very good discount
Cons
Potty mouth staff and back stabbing, not much support

There is no stereotypical politics at work. Everyone worked well together including the management. We always had growth opportunities available for anyone. I loved the culture but the career ladder had reached a plateau for me.
