- I have many years of experience in aviation, but never realise that this company becomed more like a LCC(low cost carrieer). The only thing that matters for the management is MAKING REVENUE, selling excess baggage, seats, upgrades. They charge everything, with a ZERO TOLERANCE for anything... that’s only for Low cost, not for a 5star company like they used to be...
- No care about the staff at all. The only thing that matters is to be a good seller. The actually monitor how much each person are charging
- Allways working under pressure, not only about the queues, the type of passengers, but also the management who puts alot of pressure on time performance, even if you try to keep all the steps from the procedures...
Sabre system is a nice one to work, even tough sometimes can be very slow
Management/ pressure to sell/ low salary
