I was enthusiastic of getting things done but before anything could be done laid some skeletons in the closet needed to be cleaned.
There were tremendous support from my lower ranks so I enjoyed working with them until a point when my immediate superior started her own way of traditional doing things . Obvious she had no leadership qualities and management skills at all.
Frankly it’s not the place I want to be in as I have made a big mistake . My predecessor lasted 3 months and before him the guy a PhD holder lasted slightly longer than a year.
What else can you say about an organisation where attrition if staff is so great ? Form your own opinion !
