I worked as barista. It isn't very hard typically the working schedule's are manageable. I've learn a lot new hings while working with Starbucks. Such as "how to make coffee and also frappuccino's". Plus the most enjoyable is the working environment is very gleeful. the cheerful environment makes the barista's to lose their stress.

Barista (Former Employee) –  Sabah4 January 2020
You'll meet customers of various background. I've learnt a lot especially related to business strategy, management, effective communication, suggestive selling and customer relation. However, the management can be quite unorganized depending on the workplace. The hardest part of the job is to handle difficult and picky customers while the most enjoyable part of the job is its ambience or environment.

Barista (Former Employee) –  Setia Tropika16 December 2019
Changing seasonal beverage every 2-3 months, with exciting promotions almost every weeks. So much fun serving the customer, seeing their smiles and thank yous for their delicious cup of coffee and a slice of cake.

It is normal to meet a customer who is dissatisfy with the service, but there is also a way to make it up to them. Be patience and have fun because in the end, there is many great moments to appreciate along the journey.

I love Starbucks! :)
