Assist store manager in hiring and managing staff duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues. Motivate and train staffs on company's policy, SOP, customer service and selling skills. Come up with strategy target. Generate and provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level) Provide professional services to customers.
